The large number of locations and wide geographical spread make it difficult to define a single standard for Physical Security. Traditional video surveillance systems are often ineffective because they do not allow for timely intervention in the event of an attack on assets, especially the most vulnerable parts such as ATMs. This generates negative effects both in terms of assets and social image, strongly linked to security and territory. Furthermore, there is a need to increase the performance of the Office, through an in-depth knowledge of customer behaviour, which can also be used for marketing initiatives.
